1. Shopping Cart
1) Once you have selected the item(s), please click the ﹍Add to Cart﹎
button. You will then be taken
to the ﹍Shopping Cart﹎ page.
2) If you want to change the quantity of an item, enter the number in the quantity box and click the "Update" button.
3) If you want to delete any item, check the ﹍Delete﹎ box and click the ﹍Update﹎ button.
4) If you want to add additional item(s), click the ﹍Continue Shopping﹎ button. Then, select item(s) in the product page and click the ﹍Add to Cart﹎ button.
5) When you finish selecting the item, please click the ﹍Checkout﹎ button.
2. Registration / Sign-in
You will be requested to register your personal information to create your
own account or to sign-in to access your existing account.
Please enter your email address and password to sign-in. If you forget your password, please click the ﹍Forgot Your Password?﹎ line and enter your email address. Then, click the ﹍Continue﹎ button to get a new password sent to your email address shortly.
Non Members :
Please click the ﹍Continue﹎ button, and enter your personal information to create your account.
3. Delivery Information
Please confirm your delivery address and click the ﹍Continue﹎ button. If you want to send the item elsewhere other than your address, please click the ﹍Change Address﹎ button to register a new shipping address, and click the ﹍Continue﹎ button.
4. Payment Information
1) Payment method
We accept payment by credit card including Visa, MasterCard and American Express for orders placed overseas. Please enter your exact billing information (first and last name, billing address, credit card number and expiration date) as it appears on your credit card statement. Please note that your purchase will appear as ﹍tw 0333633009﹎ on your credit card statement. We have adopted the secure credit card processing service provided by Another Lane, Inc. In case your credit card can not be processed successfully, we will send you an email immediately.
2) Non-Product Cost
The order placed overseas requires ﹍shipping cost, insurance fee and import tax﹎ as a delivery cost.
3) Sales tax
All items are shipped from within Japan. Customers living overseas need not pay sales tax.
5. Order Confirmation
Please confirm the item, the delivery and billing address, and click the ﹍Confirm Order﹎ button as your tentative order. The "Your Tentative Order Has Been Processed!" message should appear. It is impossible for us to automatically show you the total cost including shipping and insurance. We will calculate those cost based on the destination, and will notify you by email within 3 business days after getting your confirmation. We are sorry to cause you any inconvenience. Your order will be regarded as ﹍final﹎ after 4 calendar days from your receipt of the above email. Since we undertake to ship all orders promptly, any cancellation or change in all or part of the order is not acceptable.
