1. Countries We Ship to

We ship to the countries shown in the “country” box on the “Registration” page when you register. But we can’t deliver to APO/FPO and PO Boxes, so please enter your postal address. Please ask about shipping to countries not listed.

2. Shipping Method

We will send you the item by EMS which is quite economical and fast, but when shipping large items, we will send it by DHL. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number by email. So that you can see the status of the item at the carrier’s tracking site. If you don’t receive the item within 2 weeks after the receipt of the shipment confirmation, please notify us immediately.

3. Shipping Cost

It is impossible for us to show you the total cost at the time the order is placed, because the shipping cost of a large item will need to be calculated when it’s shipped by DHL custom delivery. You will be notified of the total cost by email within 3 business days after getting your order confirmation. To cover any damage to your item, we will have each item fully insured before shipping. The insurance cost is included up to $200 in the shipping cost, and is extra for items over $200. If you order items from various categories, with the exception some items, we will ship when all items are ready to be shipped in order to save on shipping costs. If you want to have items shipped separately as they become available, please order each item individually. In that case, you are required to pay the additional shipping costs.

4. Delivery Period

We will ship item(s) to overseas within 14 days after the receipt of most orders, but actual shipping time may vary depending on the items and country of destination. We may need extra time for shipping due to customs clearance which varies by destination. Since some of our products are handmade and limited in production, there are times when our stock is low. In some cases, it may take about 2 to 4 weeks for the artists to produce the custom piece. We will immediately notify you as to the approximate delivery date, and will notify you when we are ready to ship the item after its production.

5. Customs Charges & Duties

Your local government determines customs charges and duties. Those customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Please contact your local government for more specific details about its charges. Please note the value will be stated on the customs form. Even if you order the item as a gift, it is necessary for us to state its value on the parcel. Also, the customs charges and duties will be paid by the receiver of the gift.

6. Redelivery

If the item needs to be redelivered due to customer error i.e. a wrong shipping address, etc., the additional cost shall be paid by the customer.

7. Disclaimer

In case the delivery is delayed or impossible due to enforcement or amendment of any applicable law, accident of transportation facilities, labor dispute or any other event beyond our control, we will promptly inform the customer of the event though, we shall not assume responsibility for any damage caused by such events.
